Delivery & Returns

We ship to mainland UK only via courier service or Royal Mail in some instances. 

For international shipments, please email our team on moderntwistlab@gmail.com to check courier availability and rates, making sure you provide your delivery address; the product code and quantity desired. We aim at responding all emails within 24 business hours. 

Please note that items can be returned as long as the original packaging is intact with the exception of custom chocolate transfer sheets, which are perishable and bespoke and therefore non-refundable. Cocoa butters can be returned only if the packaging has not been tampered with and the product has not been used.
